Return Policy

We so hope you love your order from Farm Basket. If for any reason you find your order not to your liking, you are more than welcome to return or exchange full priced merchandise with receipt within 30 days of purchase. 

 ***Important Note for Clothing and Textiles***  Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price clothing and textiles within 5 days of purchase with receipt. If purchased online and require shipping, they must be shipped back to Farm Basket in new condition and postmarked within 5 days of the customer receiving the merchandise.  Textiles include clothing, blankets and throws, linens, pillows, men's ties and cummerbunds.

Unfortunately, furniture, food items, gift cards and SALE items, as well as any special order items, are NOT returnable and are final sale.  Should there be any issue, please reach out to us at 434-528-1107. Returned merchandise must be in mint condition.
