Edwards Cooked Boneless Petite Country Ham

This infamous, dry-cured and aged ham captures the flavor of the larger, classic Country Ham, yet sized perfectly for small family events. Hand-rubbed with salt, brown sugar, and black pepper as well as aged 90+ days, the hickory-smoked Petite Country Ham provides excellent taste and is easy to serve.

It's also fully cooked. And don't let the smaller size fool you! Sliced thin, this 2-3 lb. tasty ham delivers around 15 to 18 servings. Use a sharp knife to carve paper-thin slices and serve at room temperature. It's that easy.  Packed in traditional cloth bag for gift giving.

A note from Edwards: Because of our traditional dry salt curing and smoking process, Edwards products are some of the most durable cured meats available on the market, able to survive 10 days or longer without refrigeration at temperatures up to 120 degrees. Even if your order ships as non-refrigerated, rest assured that when they arrive at your door they are still delicious and safe to eat. In order to further extend shelf life, we recommend refrigeration after it arrives, or freezing for long term storage.
